Women want flat bellies, pain-free backs and hips, dry underwear and fitness programs that deliver results. They are given vague instructions like “Do your Kegels” and “Engage your Core.” Despite their best efforts, their bodies don’t seem to change. Frustrated, women need real solutions instead of perplexing fitness edicts that come up short.
Drawing from her experience in sports medicine and women’s health, physical therapist and mom Julie Wiebe helps women achieve their physical goals while answering the questions they never felt comfortable asking. She designs tailored programs that teach women how to identify and engage each element of the Core including the elusive pelvic floor with fitness strategies that fit into real life.
Julie’s unique approach can be experienced through one-on-one care, seminars for community groups and professional development training for rehabilitation and fitness professionals.

Bellies. Flat.
“After working with a personal trainer for 15 weeks, I was losing hope that I would ever have a flat stomach again. Following five sessions with Julie, I was astounded by the results I was able to achieve- a flatter stomach and significant core strength.”
— Lenora (Age 33, child is 1)

Fitness goals. Achieved.
“After developing severe pelvic pain during pregnancy, I knew I needed help getting my body back. Julie developed a holistic plan to address my specific weaknesses, improve my posture and strengthen my core with simple exercises I could do at home while taking care of my kids. I was amazed to experience immediate results. Julie helped me develop a work out plan for the gym. I am now back to regular workouts and find that I’m in better shape than I was pre-pregnancy. “

Questions. Answered.
“Attending one of Julie Wiebe’s seminar helped me to understand why I was having so many problems with Pilates, and working out at the gym. I would sign up for classes and pay personal trainers only to leave more depressed and discouraged than before. I left the seminar understanding how pregnancy had impacted my Core and posture, which had made it difficult for me to get benefit from my workout attempts. I began to understand how to reconnect with my core and apply it in my daily life.”
